Richard Turner & Associates Ltd. (RTAL) is a health and safety consultancy, specialising in construction. Our principal activities are CDM co-ordination and the production of Building Manuals, Health and Safety Files, Building Log Books and Residential User Guides.

We have many years of experience of working within the construction sector; with a background in design and contracting and a comprehensive knowledge of building services. We have a chartered engineer working for the company and have been involved with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations since their implementation in 1994. We are accredited to the SAFEcontractor scheme and hold chartered membership of CIBSE, the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), Association of Project Safety (APS) and The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
